1月21日 Acres of ClamsClam Dip
2 8 oz bricks cream cheese (leave out of fridge for an hour to soften)
3 cans chopped clams, drain and reserve clam juice
1-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Worcestershire, and 1/3 of the clam juice. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth. (Start at a low speed and work your way up or you'll have spots on the ceiling!) Add additional juice as needed to get desired consistancy. Fold in clams. Chill one hour before serving. Fabulous with Tim's Cascade potato chips or Wavy Lays. This is a thick dips so you'll need a strong chip. |
